Investment Overview

The Investments Overview section provides agents, admins, and issuers with a comprehensive view of all client investments over time. This tool enables these users to efficiently manage and monitor the status of each investment.

On this page, users can:

  1. View the complete history of all client investments.
  2. Check whether AML approvals have been completed for each investment.
  3. Manage and review comments related to the current status of investments.
  4. See when funds have been received and track their receipt dates.
  5. Track whether the client has signed their subscription agreements.
  6. Access detailed information about the investment itself, including performance and related documents.

This overview simplifies managing multiple investments while ensuring that all compliance steps are completed for a smooth transaction process.

Understanding the Overview Page #

  1. Status” indicates whether the Subscription Agreement has been signed & completed via DocuSign. This will indicate a progress bar when the document has not been signed and informs you at which signing stage the document is currently in. When the Subscription Agreement has been signed and completed, it will change to a yellow pending icon
  2. Registered Name” indicates the name & email of the investor. Here is also where you can see the certificate ID of the Investment
  3. Package ID” indicates the unique ID of the assigned package or deal of that investment
  4. Principal Coupon” indicates the principal and currency of the investment
  5. Issue Date” indicates the date the investment was issued.
  6. Maturity Date” indicates the date that the investment will end or mature
  7. Interest Maturity“refers to the date up to which interest will be accrued and paid.
  8. KYC” indicates whether the AML’s of the investor has been approved yet. For more information on how to approve AML’s, visit this link.
  9. Monies Rc’d” indicates in a percentile range, how much of the funds have been received by the Investor. The investment will turn Live when all KYC and funds have been fully received.

Understanding the Investment Detail Page #

When you click into a specific investment, it will take you to the investment detail page where you can view more detailed informations about the investment. This page is where you can find all documentations, payment updates, statement of accounts, interest statements related to the investment.

  1. Summary” tab – Provides a detailed view of all critical investment information, including performance, status, and key data points, offering a comprehensive snapshot for easy reference.
  2. Documents” tab – Contains all signed documentation associated with the investment, such as the subscription agreement, certificates, and receipts. Note: Documents are not downloadable. For offline use, a special request must be made to the investment issuer.
  3. Payments” tab – Displays updates on upcoming payments related to the investment. Additionally, you can view a PDF of the statement of account directly from this tab.
  4. Change Bank Detail” – Clicking this will allow you to change the bank details assigned to the investment for receiving payments.

Investment Commenting #

A commenting feature can be enabled for agents, and issuers for better ease of communication between parties. This feature is not enabled at default and must be requested by your system administrator. Commenting on the investment directly allows for tracking on investment updates for all parties.

Note: Investors do not have ability to see the comments on their investments. This is an administration feature provided for agents, issuers, and admins to communicate on the investment progress & updates.

Proof of Transfer (POT Guidelines) #

The following guidelines serve as a standard for accounting to efficiently review and verify the receipt of transactions. Including the specified information in the proof of transfer will facilitate and expedite the transaction review and verification process.

  1. Accepted Forms of POT
    All forms of POT should indicate the required information listed out on step 2 below. We will accept the following forms of Proof of Transfer (POT):
    • Bank Transfer Confirmations: A document or full screenshot from the bank that clearly shows the transaction details, dates, name, and amount.
    • Transaction Receipts: A formal receipt provided by online payment platforms, confirming the transfer receipt 
    • Wire Transfer Details: Shows the confirmation/completed from the bank or payment service showing that the wire transfer was successful (must show the full transaction details dates, name, and amount).
  2. Required Information on the POT
    The following details must be clearly visible and aligned on the POT document:
    • Sender’s Name: The full name of the person or entity making the transfer.
    • Transaction Date: The date when the transfer was initiated or completed.
    • Transaction Amount: The exact amount of the transfer, shown in the relevant currency.
    • Beneficiary Bank Name: Indicates the bank name that the funds were transferred to
    • Beneficiary Account Name: Indicates the account name of the Beneficiary
    • Beneficiary Account Number/IBAN: Indicates the account number or IBAN of the Beneficiary
    • Beneficiary Account SWIFT: Applicable if it was an international payment
    • Routing Number: Applicable if it was a domestic payment (U.S)
    • Sort Code: Applicable for domestic transfers within the U.K
    • Recipient Reference: According to payment instructions, this should be the Investors Name
  3. Additional Conditions or Verification Steps
    • Clear Visibility: All required information must be clearly visible and legible on the document. If the document is blurry or cropped, it will not be accepted.
    • Matching Details: Ensure that the sender’s name and transaction details match those provided by the recipient to avoid discrepancies.

Verification: If needed, we may ask for additional verification steps, such as a direct confirmation from the bank or MT103 to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction.
